The 7th Supernova Chinese American Singing Contest Finals

The 7th Supernova Chinese American Singing Contest finals took place in Queens Theater on 1/19/2019. Twenty talented young singers, from New York, New Jersey, Houston, and LA, gathered on stage to perform and compete for the title. Competition was fierce and the audience enjoyed a musical treat presented by the contestants and guest singers.
As the President and CEO of Allegiant Health, the title sponsor of the contest, Brian Li, presented the award to singer Karen Chen for second place. The event marked the conclusion of the Supernova singing contest in US region.
The global contest, “2019 the 1st Supernova Chinese Global Singing Contest”, will take place in Connecticut on 3/9/2019, along with a concert performance by renowned singer Hung-Liang Chang.
